2/11 - Spontaneous applications - Call potential employers - Sthlm
Thursday November 2nd at 9am-12am
To participate in this workshop, you must have attended the seminar Spontaneous applications – broaden your job market.
During this workshop, we will make calls to potential employers to find out their recruitment needs and we will find out how our competence and skills match their needs. Making the call is step one. If your skills match the company´s recruitment needs, your next step will be a spontaneous application!
We will repeat the basics of a good telephone manuscript, the purpose of the call, how to get a good start and how to handle objections. Then you will, in your own room, start to make calls to the companies / organizations that you are interested in. After everyone has made some calls we will gather in the group and reflect and share experiences on how the calls went, how we can improve and also learn from each other.
Prior to this workshop all research must have been done and you must have prepared a list of at least five contacts to companies / organizations who you can call.
Don’t forget to bring your phone.
The goal is to start to contact companies / organizations by phone and you will find out that it is a very good way to find out information about companies and their recruitment needs. Many of our previous participants actually got recruitments leads and were able to book interviews and meetings during this workshop and hopefully you will do the same.
